• Worked with five different dog obedience schools in the Richmond area
   

• Member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), Therapy Dogs International (TDI)
   

• Titled his own dogs in obedience and confirmation
   

• Supervises therapy dog programs in Mechanicsville nursing facilities, where he also volunteers with his own dogs
   

• Active volunteer with the Hanover and Henrico Humane Societies and the Richmond SPCA
